Cary Podell, owner of Chapman Executive Suites, has two passions:  First is his dancing.  He is the King of Salsa and is widely known in many parts of the world for his quick, sultery Latin moves. He likes to think of himself as the “Dancing Landlord” and you will see many celebrities from Dancing with the Stars and similar shows dancing in the two beautiful dance studios that are on the premises.  His first receptionist was a Salsa dancer.  Cary, who has been licensed in culture, academics, and religions to travel to Cuba where he met Fidel Castro while on the Habanas tour.  Through his dancing he has met many Presidents and Ambassadors all over the world.  You will find him “dancing Salsa” on a regular basis in the dance studio.

His other passion is helping the small business owner expand his business through serviced offices not only with a professional looking office but with all the tools necessary to succeed.  Things a business owner might not think of if left to his own devices until it was too late.  Cary started his property management career in 1973 and understands what it takes to really make a business boom as well as the importance of even the smallest detail. He also knows that it is important when you are building a business to have the support necessary to expand and to not feel alone in your endeavors.

With all the Flat Screen TVs and adult and kids’ channels available to the tenants, Cary likes to think of the office as having a “Sports Bar feeling.”  Many tenants have rented office space at Chapman Executive Suites for 15 to 20 years and they are a pleasant, friendly, professional group of people.

Cary Podell purchased Chapman Executive Suites in 2003 and immediately began remodeling the premises to create beautiful, highly professional offices for small businesses to the tune of $400,000 in upgrades.  He is very service oriented and Cary prominently displays his cell phone number and is available for calls 24/7.  He says, “That’s the kind of service provider I am.”

Cary is a member of the Orange Chamber of Commerce.
